2. Participation Period
The sweepstakes starts on [24.07.2025] and ends on August 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).
3. Eligibility to participate
Eligible to participate are all natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Terms of participation
To participate in the contest, the following conditions must be met:
– Follow the Instagram account @luxusbetten24
– Like the contest post
– Tag two people in the comments
Multiple comments increase the chance of winning but will only be considered if different persons are tagged each time.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a voucher worth €2,000, redeemable in the online shop luxusbetten24.de. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Validity: 12 months from the date of issue.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Instagram direct message no later than 20. August 2025. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new draw will be held.
7. Data protection
No personal data outside of Instagram is collected for participation in the contest. The winner agrees to be contacted via direct message in case of winning. Further information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of liability
The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions or failures that affect participation in the contest. The contest is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
9. Amendment/Early termination
The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice for good cause.
10. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
